PB Hybrid

PB Hybrid classes combine strength, conditioning and functional training in one dynamic session suitable for all fitness levels.

PB Fit

A 45 minute total body aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval based class will combine full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Join our Strength and Conditioning class involving a variety of weights, cardio and core training for a total body workout.

Join us in our Mobility and Stretching class to find your way to a healthy body and mind. Release all the tension and stress from the week and build a strong body through mobility, which can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
